All our processes are quality focused, including preparing source text for translation selecting and providing instructions to staff managing terminology for technical accuracy and consistency checking and revising all translations and ensuring that our clients' requirements are met in full.

            In order to deliver translations of the highest standard, the highly qualified editors at Lexis Communications verify each project at key points during the process. Linguistic checks in the form of QA are carried out before and after each stage in the DTP and software or website compiling processes. We have developed our own proprietary software-based evaluation tools that ensure the linguistic accuracy of all translations undertaken.

                Furthermore, Lexis Communications has customized and enhanced its quality assurance model to meet additional requirements of particular clients and their respective industries. We use additional QA steps and staff instructions for documents that support legal proceedings, patents, pharmaceutical and engineering related documentation, as well as back to English translations (Back-Translations). Along with our professional approach to terminology management, building client glossaries and validating their entries which are then applied to all the projects of the same client thereby ensuring consistency, we are able to offer to our clientele cost-effectiveness and faster turnaround times by up to 40% without any sacrifices to quality.
